End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the SaghaLive application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the app and delete any copies in your possession.

2. License

SaghaLive grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely on devices that you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to resell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or use the app in a corporate environment.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, source code, data, graphics, and logos remain the sole property of SaghaLive or its licensors. Your use of the app does not transfer or assign any ownership rights to you.

4. Acceptable and Prohibited Use

You may only use the app for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local and international laws.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Manipulating displayed prices or data.
• Posting misleading, offensive, or abusive content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to company systems or other users’ data.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the app’s source code.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

The app may collect limited usage-related information such as device type, operating system, and usage frequency to improve performance and enhance user experience. Such data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Updates & Support

SaghaLive may provide updates that include performance improvements, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be mandatory, meaning you may be unable to continue using the app without installing them. While support may be offered via available channels, the company is not obligated to provide ongoing technical assistance.

7. Subscriptions & Paid Services

The app may offer additional features or services through subscription plans offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. All payments are processed through official app stores such as Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by the respective store policies.

8. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the app at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the app and delete any installed copies.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The company shall not be liable for technical errors, interruptions, downtime, data loss, service disruptions, or any financial, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over any disputes.
